WHAT WE DO:

We are offering a full seasons worth of Dryland Fitness that you may do in addition to the team practices. If the whole team does this program, we will be in better shape to win some races and get higher standings overall. Let's all do this together.

Additional training is OPTIONAL but we would like to encourage the team to participate, because it's good for you and the team and its FUN!

The password for the Titans Dragonboat Workout Program will be emailed to you once you are fully registered with the team.

This Dryland Training includes WARM UP STRETCHES, CARDIO, TARGETED EXERCISES, YOGA, WEIGHTS, and CORE STRENGTHENING and  WEEKLY FUN SOCIAL OUTINGS.
